Andrey Tomkiw has dedicated his legal career to representing employers in labor and employment law cases, and in related business matters. A significant portion of his practice is dedicated to assisting human resource professionals in the implementation and administration of workplace policies, with an emphasis on compliance with ADA, FLSA and FMLA regulations.
Andrey frequently counsels clients on a range of important issues including workplace violence, sexual harassment, substance abuse and employee benefits. He has represented employers in front of numerous state and federal agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, MDCR, UA, MiOSHA, MERC, OFCCP and the Wage & Hour Division of the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth.
Andrey possesses extensive experience representing employers in traditional labor law matters. He has appeared on multiple occasions before the National Labor Relations Board and Michigan Employment Relations Commission.
